1. Overview
This policy explains how Mikail Toprak, trading as TopStuttgart, collects and uses personal data from visitors to https://infinite-aisolutions.com. We are established in Germany, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to this processing regardless of where you are located.

3. What we collect
a) Server logs. Our host records the usual technical data on every request: IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, and the time. This is unavoidable in operating a website and is used for security and troubleshooting. b) Your cookie decision. Stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page. It contains your choice, the date you made it, and a random identifier. It is not sent to us and it identifies nobody. c) Booking data, only if you book. If you accept third-party services and use the booking calendar, the name, email address and any message you enter go to Cal.com and to us. d) Usage analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to record which pages you visit, how you arrived, roughly where in the world you are, and which links and buttons you use. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, the Google tag is never loaded and none of this is collected. We do not run a chatbot, we do not take payments on this site, and there is no form other than the booking calendar.
4. Legal bases
Operating and securing the website: legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Booking a call: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Analytics and any third-party embed: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given through the cookie banner. Nothing third-party is loaded before you answer it. If you decline, no such script is injected and no such cookie is set.
5. Third parties
Netlify (static hosting, United States) — receives every request in order to serve the site. Cal.com (appointment booking, United States) — loaded only after consent. Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — loaded only after consent. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — not in use on this site at present; if that changes this policy changes with it. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR and, where the provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary: your cookie decision, stored locally. No consent is required for this and it is not used for tracking. Optional: Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, up to two years) and any cookies Cal.com sets when you open the booking calendar. All only after you accept. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser storage.
7. How long we keep it
Server logs: deleted or anonymised by our host on a rolling short-term basis. Google Analytics data: 14 months from your last visit, then deleted automatically. Your cookie decision: twelve months, after which you are asked again. Booking and enquiry data: for as long as we are in contact about the enquiry and afterwards for as long as statutory retention periods require, then deleted.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). To exercise any of these, email us at mail@mikailtoprak.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The competent one for us is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
9. Changes
We update this policy whenever the site changes what it does with data. The version you are reading is the one that applies to the site as currently published.
